Kristen is a Divine Channel and an Energy Healer.

Sessions are held on zoom or over the phone and last 1 hour. Sessions can be recorded so you can access the healing again and again.
What to expect:
- Deeply relaxing, transformative, and meditative experience
- You will likely feel very relaxed, and may doze off
- You may feel tingles, warmth, pressure or other body sensations
- You may feel nothing at all but the energy is still working with you
Each experience is unique but the typical flow is:
- ~10min to Check In, Ground, Set intentions
- ~40min Channeled Wisdom Reiki Energy Healing Session
- ~10min. to Wrap Up & Connect
How to Prepare for your session:
- Ensure you are somewhere you are comfortable and will not be disturbed
- It is recommended that you lay down, but can also sit
- Set the mood for yourself: play soothing music, light a candle or diffuse some oils, wrap up in a soft blanket
- Have water and a journal handy (the water will receive the healing frequency of the session- once the session is complete you can drink and integrate the healing a second time)
