Embrace Cycles & Gather In Sacred Circle

The moon is constantly circling the earth, and the earth is constantly orbiting the sun. We are always in motion, always moving along our cyclical orbit around our sun.  

In the natural world, new is constantly being born from the old. In many ways we have forgotten this cyclical interdependence. But when we anchor into the cycles of life, like the cycles of the moon, we can reorient ourselves to the cyclical nature of things. 

Cycles bring with them rhythmic predictability, we will circle back to a similar point.

In this way, connecting with cycles can bring peace in the unknown or the uncertainty.

When we watch cycles, we can have faith that this will come again and that this will pass.  

Instead of expecting everything to occur in a linear fashion, where every moment is new and unexpected and unknown, we sink into a cycle and find peace in the knowledge that this too shall pass.

Sink into the rhythmic cycles of the moon and come gather in Sacred Circle.

Every month I host 2 Healing Moon Circle, one on or around the New Moon and one on or around the Full Moon.

These Moon Circles are at time to enter into Sacred Space, Get Grounded and Reconnect with our Loving Soul, the planet and each other.

We all need time to be held, in community.

Come as you are. If you wish, bring water, a journal, and setup somewhere you feel comfortable breathing and settling in. You don’t need to be on camera. 

Every circle is different but we typically move through a similar rhythm:

• Open the Circle & Call in Sacred Space
• Land & Harmonize with Guided Grounding Activity
• Insights & Messages From the Universe & Me
• Journaling, Reflection, Or Movement Activity to Bring Us Deeper into Ourselves
• Guided Reiki Energy Healing and/or Activation
• Time To Share, Announcements, Closing
